Taking responsibility for promoting equality within the workforce?

NTP customise training packages to support organisational needs, promoting the benefits of a diverse workforce in a practical, interactive and fun way. Through involement in a number of projects we have a range of practical tools to help organisations and individuals to understand, embrace, prepare and receive a diverse workforce.

"Managing Diversity" workshops have been delivered as part of work-based learning and Apprenticeship programmes, tailored to different sector needs. For example, we have delivered sessions for the telecommunications industry on behalf of Orange.
