 NTP has developed the Learning Café concept, a unique combination of action learnig and self study. Cafés are bite-sized chunks of learning that are delivered as standalone modules, or can be combined to form a comprehensive development programme. They bring people together in an open environment to take part in facilitated action learning, supporting the development and sharing of knowledge within organisations.
They help build a learning community and add value by making a positive difference to the behaviour and effectiveness of participant.
NTP has an existing library of Learning Cafés but we alsobespoke sessions that tackle issues of particular importance to your business.
