Estate agents and other employers working in residential sales are working with TTC Training, a division of NTP, to deliver government-funded NAEA Apprenticeships / National Vocational Qualifications to train school leavers and other employees. We are a leading UK supplier of high quality training for the property services sector and a member of PSNTO.

Employees work with NTP assessors through a combination of self study, industry workshops and on-the-job-assessments to achieve an NVQ Level 2 in the Sale of Residential Property. Many then progress to achieve an NVQ Level 3.

An exciting development for NTP is in the use of electronic portfolios to record evidence of competence against the qualification criteria. Activities are captured on camera and / or video, as opposed to traditional cumbersome paper-based approaches. This has resulted in learners achieving Level 2 qualifications in 8 months, rather than 12 months.
